How will I receive my download?
You will receive your pattern two ways, immediately after checkout: a download link on the order confirmation page, and a separate email from us (thank you, Paige!) with the PDF attached. No waiting — your pattern is ready the moment your payment goes through. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
What is included in the PDF?
Each pattern PDF includes everything you need to complete the project: a materials list (yarn weight, hook size, notions), a full abbreviations guide, stitch notes, step-by-step written instructions, and finishing details. Some patterns also include tips or notes from Paige on technique.
What do the difficulty levels mean?
Every pattern is labeled with one of three levels:
Beginner: Suitable for those new to crochet. Uses basic stitches (chain, single crochet, double crochet) with simple construction and minimal shaping.
Intermediate: Assumes comfort with the basics. May include increases, decreases, working in the round, color changes, or textured stitches.
Advanced: Designed for experienced crocheters. Involves complex techniques, intricate stitch patterns, detailed shaping, or multi-component assembly.
USAGE & LICENSING
Can I sell the finished items I make from your patterns?
Yes — you are welcome to sell physical items you create using our patterns. We just ask that you credit the pattern design where possible. What you cannot do is sell, share, reproduce, or redistribute the pattern itself (the PDF or its written instructions) in any form. All patterns remain the intellectual property of [Store Name].
Can I share the pattern with a friend or in a crochet group?
Each purchase is a single-user license. Please do not share or distribute the PDF. If a friend wants the pattern, we'd love for them to purchase their own copy — it directly supports our small business and allows us to keep creating new designs.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification available. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We never see your full card number.
Why was my card declined?
Card declines are handled by your bank or card issuer, not by us. Common reasons include incorrect billing address, an expired card, or a fraud hold triggered by an unfamiliar purchase. Try re-entering your details carefully, or contact your bank directly. If you continue having trouble, reach out to us at [your email] and we'll help where we can.
