Digital products — no physical returns

All products sold by Petal Loops are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, our policy differs from physical goods. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the digital nature of the product and agree to the terms below.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. No lengthy explanations required — just contact us.

To request a refund, email us at support@PetalLoops.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What is not covered

Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date are not eligible. We also cannot issue refunds in cases where a customer has already received a refund on a prior order from our store, or where there is evidence of refund abuse.

If you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted or inaccessible file, we will first attempt to resolve it by re-delivering the file. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 7-day window.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly — most concerns can be resolved within 24–48 hours.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your order being flagged and access to future purchases being restricted. In cases of fraudulent chargebacks — where a refund was already issued or the purchase falls within our satisfaction guarantee window — we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide purchase records, delivery confirmation, and correspondence to the payment provider.
